Blood centers across the United States, including South Texas Blood & Tissue, are celebrating the one-year anniversary of the nation’s first emergency blood reserve program.
The South Texas Blood & Tissue Center is helping to launch a first-in-the nation partnership to ensure blood will be available in mass trauma situations and natural disasters.
