As orders for blood continue to come in faster than donations, members of the San Antonio City Council have announced the “Summer District Challenge.”
District 7 has claimed first place in the “SA District Challenge,” the competition sponsored by South Texas Blood & Tissue that featured blood drives hosted by each of the 10 City Council districts.
San Antonio City Council District 4, represented by Dr. Adriana Rocha Garcia, is the winner of the second “SA District Challenge” blood drive competition held in August.
