Donors will receive a “Runners Save Lives” T-shirt and movie tickets
SAN ANTONIO – South Texas Blood & Tissue and the University of Texas at San Antonio are teaming up to give Roadrunners the chance to check “life saver” off their list by donating blood at the Universities first fall blood drive on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the UTSA Student Union Denman Room.
Every day, 600 units of blood are needed to support patients at more than 110 hospitals and clinics across South Texas. The UTSA drive is aiming for at least 210 donors to step up and give the gift of life.
As a thank you, all who donate will receive:
- A UTSA “Runners Save Lives” T-shirt
- Santikos movie bundle (2 movie tickets, 30-min game card, $15 off bowling, $5 off popcorn & drink)
