Longtime O-negative blood donor Danny Varella isn’t shy about being a regular.
He has a Texas-styled version of Harry Hemoglobin tattooed on his right forearm, and that same Harry also adorns the special blood donor license plate on his truck. Varella, who is 68, has donated 68 gallons of blood and platelets.
Also of note: He is wearing a classic Fiesta blood donor T-shirt.
