MCALLEN, Texas – South Texas Blood & Tissue is bringing back its Rally the Valley campaign with three Rio Grande Valley blood drives in June. Donors who participate will receive an exclusive insulated tote bag while helping ensure local hospitals have the blood products patients depend on every day.
