Donating blood on Thursdays earns a special-edition San Antonio Spurs T-shirt
SAN ANTONIO – Spurs fans, this giveaway is for you! Every Thursday in November, South Texas Blood & Tissue is giving away a limited-edition San Antonio Spurs T-shirt to those who donate at a donor center.
Show off your team pride while sharing that you saved lives: a win for everyone. Celebrating Spurs Mania and helping the community has never been easier.

Special donors such as Carol Tally have been instrumental in helping the community. Carol has donated 50 gallons of blood, which have helped save more than 1,200 people. Since she was 17, she has selflessly given of herself.
“That’s my purpose on earth: to impact in a positive way as many lives as I can,” Carol said. “Donating blood is one of the ways I can do that.”
Until Dec. 31, blood donors can also take part in the Double Your Impact campaign by giving their Donor Reward points to the San Antonio Food Bank. Any or all points can be donated via the online store. One hundred donor reward points will provide 25 meals to families in need across the San Antonio area.
We can continue helping the community in great ways – either by donating blood or combatting food insecurity. Selflessness is the cornerstone of community, and the Spurs and South Texas Blood & Tissue want to thank you for your generosity.
